Parca's mission is to enrich the lives of people with developmental disabilities and their families. Our programs are designed to create a feeling of extended family to help people with developmental disabilities live as independently as possible and enjoy all that life has to offer. We offer a wide range of programs and services including independent living skills training, family support and advocacy, respite care, child care and afterschool programs.
Through Parca's clothing donation program your donation of gently used clothing and small household items will go a long way toward helping Parca continue to provide persons with developmental disabilities the support and guidance they need to live full, active and independent lives. The Devil’s Slide Road Rides are back, featuring three routes which offer something for everyone, from semi-regular weekend riders to hard-core endurance cyclists and triathletes. The selected routes feature breath-taking coastal vistas, fearsome mountain climbs, rolling hills and winding back-roads. No matter which you choose, we guarantee that you’ll have a “devilishly” good time! The courses range in distance from 40 to 101 miles, with staffed, well-stocked aid stations located at regular intervals along the routes.
Proceeds from the event directly benefit PARCA whose programs help people with developmental disabilities lead more satisfying and independent lives.
