Cecilia Hinkston

I have worked for the Parca REACH Program since April 1999. In July of 2000, I became the Program Manager. I obtained my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Sociology from Notre Dame de Namur University (formerly College of Notre Dame). I continue to participate in training and classes pertaining to my position. I am fortunate to work with great co-workers and to be part of a strong team. I love working with children and actively participate with them as they learn and explore in a safe and caring environment!
