Suzanne Hinton
I joined Parca in August 2000. As Director of Human Resources and Administration, one of my many pleasures is to recruit and hire the many dedicated members of the Parca team. I oversee the administrative employee needs for 100 staff members as well as supervise the office team. In the past, I worked with abused children in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and at Edgewood Children’s Center in San Francisco for a total of 14 years. My previous job was with the Volunteer Center of San Mateo County where I managed a program that engaged individuals with psychiatric disabilities in volunteer work. I actually learned about Parca during this time as some of my volunteers prepared mailings for Parca. The program was recognized with the Community Leadership award at Parca’s annual dinner in 1998.In my spare time, I enjoy singing along while my husband plays guitar and I love to spend time with my dog Lacey.
