PARCA, Partners & Advocates for Remarkable Children & Adults, has been enriching the lives of people with developmental disabilities since 1952. Our programs are designed to create a feeling of extended family to help people live as independently as possible and enjoy all that life has to offer.
Through PARCA's clothing donation program your donation of gently used clothing and small household items will go a long way toward helping PARCA continue to provide people with developmental disabilities the support and guidance they need to live full, active and independent lives. Find out more and schedule a donation pickup online.

#WednesdayWisdom: Robert Michael Hensel was born with a birth defect known as Spina bifida. He is also a Guinness World Records holder for the longest non-stop wheelie in a wheelchair, covering a total distance of 6.178 miles. Hensel famously said "We, the one's who are challenged, need ...to be heard. To be seen not as a disability, but as a person who has, and will continue to bloom. To be seen not only as a handicap, but as a well intact human being."
